THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ______________day of ________, is by and between Enterprise Information Solution, Inc. ("Provider") and _________________ ("Subscriber")

WHEREAS, the Provider makes available the computerized property maps with x, y linkages to the parcel database records (MdProperty Data Set) as part of the GIS Online Web Site, geographic information system digital property maps, and real property data

WHEREAS, the State is the proprietor of a valid copyright in all property maps prepared by its agencies which depict the State of Maryland and each of the counties therein, and

WHEREAS, the Subscriber desires to access the MdProperty View Data Set maintained by the State of Maryland, made available on the Internet by the Provider for use with the Subscriber’s Internet provider and select frames compatible Internet browser viewing software

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the Provider and Subscriber hereby agree as follows:

Upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Provider hereby grants to the Subscriber the nonexclusive license and privilege of accessing, printing and downloading any information accessed on the GIS Online Internet Site for the internal use of the Subscriber and its customers. Other uses of the information are governed under the provisions of the Maryland Office of Planning License Agreement which is available at the GIS Online web site. The Provider is only responsible for the operation of the Web Site www.gisonline.com and is not responsible for any Internet access, web browser, or web communication services.

This Agreement shall commence on this date _____________, and upon its execution by all parties and continue for a ( ) 1 year or ( ) quarter year period, at which time it shall continue automatically, unless otherwise written notice of cancellation is given by either the Provider or the Subscriber.

As consideration for the License granted, the Subscriber agrees to pay the Provider a Subscription Fees of ( ) $480.00 for 1 year or ( ) $135.00 for a quarter year. Payment is to accompany this Agreement.

The Subscriber acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated by the Provider in accordance with this clause in whole, or from time to time in part, whenever the Provider concludes determines that such determination is in its best interest. The Subscriber will be reimbursed for any remaining whole month(s) of service not provided under this agreement.

Each party to the Agreement represents and warrants to the other that it has full right, power, and authority to execute this Agreement.
